Tara Harrell Images: Healdsburg, California, United States; Tara Harrell is a Northern California native. At College of Marin, she honed her skills shooting and developing black and white portraits with her beloved Pentax. Her love affair with Nikon began in the mid 1980s, finally going digital in 2003. Currently her camera of choice is a Nikon D200. Her skill at photography lies with photojournalism. Along with traditional portraits of the wedding party, she and her assistant photographers, capture the essence of the event with the landscapes, decors, and the color of the character of the guests attending. The combination of traditional portraiture and photojournalism creates beautiful photographs to enjoy for a lifetime. Tara has won awards at the Sonoma County Fair.
